Dekisugi Tincle Pack (Japan) is a DSiWare game. I have been unable to run it on No$GBA 2.9e, even though I was able to run "Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition". In load-to-BIOS mode, the emulator does not recognize that a game has been inserted.
